An established Civil & Structural Engineering Consulting firm in Singapore requires the following position:
ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts and month end closing
- Handle petty cash and reimbursement
- Preparation of quarterly GST reports
- Assist in managing project accounts
- Assist in preparing timely management report and quarterly/year-end reporting
- Assist in preparing quotation and tender submission
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in accounting or professional equivalent
- 3 years of related experience, preferably with an engineering consulting firm
- Well verse in MYOB / Excel
- Able to work independently
- Must be meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice

2. Resident Engineer
Resident Engineer
Job Requirements:
- Supervise new PUB project in compliance with contract requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Min 3 years of experience for RE in site supervision works on projects involving deep excavation and/ or pipejacking works.
- Registered RE with IES/ ACES.
- 1 Full time position available.
Job Responsibilities:
- To carry out full-time supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations and in accordance with Superintending Officer's instructions
- To monitor progress and ensure that work done and materials used are in accordance with approved specifications, codes, standards and regulations.
- To attend feedback and incidents, etc and put up reports.
